The agent-Client relationship

I believe the most constructive agent-client relationships are born and most successful transactions take place when the client’s interest is put front and center. This relationship involves one of your most prized assets and being honest and authentic throughout the process is essential.

About

Shan’s relationship with real estate began early in his life. As a teenager, when home from boarding school, he assisted with summer projects in his father’s small real estate business in Queens, NY. Having earned a business degree from Purdue University, Shan spent the first few years of his professional career in trading commodities and metallurgical manufacturing start-ups prior to transitioning back into what he enjoyed most - NYC real estate.

Taking a data-driven and high-touch service approach, Shan believes the most successful real estate transactions take place when the client’s interest is put front and center.

Shan has earned the 2017 Rising Star Award at his previous firm and the prestigious citywide REBNY Rookie of The Year Award in 2018.

Home is where we know and where we are known, where we love and are beloved. Home is mastery, voice, relationship, and sanctuary: part freedom, part flourishing... part refuge, part prospect.
