Long Island City

The JACX - LIC's Upcoming Creative Office Development - Now Fully Leased

It’s hard to miss the JACX.

The massive office compound sprouting from Long Island City’s Queens Plaza section is now fully leased with Macy’s snatching up the last 300,000 square feet.

Other high-profile tenants include:

  • Bloomingdales (back office)

  • WeWork

  • NewYork-Presbyterian

  • Weill Cornell Medicine

The base/ground floor retail will house a food hall, gourmet market, landscaped terrace, upscale restaurant by Dan Kluger (chef/owner of Loring Place) and boutique fitness center. This will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood as the area is hungry for millennial focused retail.

Growing Up in, and Outgrowing, Manhattan - The New York Times

If we can get past the labels, there are truly some wonderful neighborhoods to live in that will give us access to and expose us to more of what makes this city great. Please stay tuned for my first blog post on why this is the perfect time to invest in Queensboro (aka Dutch Kills)!
